AvoNana Goodness Smoothie

What you need:

1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla soy protein
1/4 - 1/2 cup vanilla (or plain) soy milk
1/2 cup vanilla (or plain) soy yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ
couple shakes nutmeg, to taste
couple shakes cinnamon, to taste
ice cubes (optional)

What you do:

So if you're like me and like super thick smoothies, let your banana start to get to that point just before going bad and then stick it in the freezer so you'll have a frozen banana for this! Then put everything together into the blender and blend it all together, adding soymilk as you need it to keep it at a drinkable consistency. The combination of banana and avocado sounds a little weird but it is SO good. I used all vanilla - soy milk, yogurt, and protein powder and it wasn't too overpowering, but that's up to you. If you add a bit too much liquid and it's not thick enough, add a couple of ice cubes to even it out. enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Delicious! I added a splash of orange/pineapple juice to give a bit more of a tropical taste.
