Avocado Hummus

What you need: 

1 tin of Chickpeas

2 Cloves of Garlic

Juice of 1 Lemon

2 Tablespoons of Tahini

2 Avocados

Salt

Paprika

 

What you do: 

1, Blend the Chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini in a food processor until smooth, you may need to add a little water.

2, Add the 2 avocados and blend again.

3, Add salt to taste

4, Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with paprika.

 

You could also use lime juice, miss out the garlic and add red onion instead.

This is a very versitile recipe and can be changed in many ways, have fun and see what you can come up with.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Hard to say how much I use,  I would guess maybe about 5 tablespoons, it could be more you just have to throw them in and see how you like it. Laughing

How much sesame seeds do you suggest if I don't have Tahini nor time to make it?

I have also made it using sesame seeds instead of tahini and it works just as well.
