Avocado Carrot Wraps
What you need:
tortilla wraps
2 carrots
1 avocado
4 oz. mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon salsa
What you do:
Heat olive oil in pan. Add shredded carrots and saute for about 5 minutes. Add garlic.
Warm tortilla shells in microwave. Add tahini and sliced avocado to tortilla shells. Add carrot/mushroom mixture and top with salsa.
Additionally, olives, vegan sour cream, pine nuts, etc. can be added to this sandwich.

SO HOW'D IT GO?
WOW- I thought this had been removed for some reason. This is hands down my favorite wrap!! I have the recipe and mechanisms of preparation memorized- it is that good! Please try and see for yourself. This person really knew what they were doing with this one.
