Amys Vegetarian Sloppy Joes

What you need: 

1/2 lb tofu
1-6 oz can tomato paste
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1 small onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1 small jar sliced mushroom
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt, pepper, chili pepper and oregano to taste

What you do: 

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add molasses.Crumble in tofu and brown, stirring to prevent burning.Add tomato paste and mix well, adding water to bring to desired consistency.Stir in mustard, onions and tomatoes. Add oregano and chili powder and continue mixing and heating. Stir in mushrooms, ketchup nad vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.When thoroughly heated, serve on toasted sandwich buns or in tortillas or pitas.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I've made this recipe many times and it is awesome!  I'm about to go and do my best in cooking this up for the first time for my lady-love...i'm suprised there are no pics up of how awesome this is!  I'll make sure to take some.
