Alfredo Sauce

What you need:

3/4 cup vegan margarine (I use Earth Balance)
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
pinch cayenne pepper
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
pinch flour, maybe 1 tsp

What you do:

In a large sauce pan, melt earth balance into soy milk. Add minced garlic and let simmer for a min. Then add pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder. Let simmer for another min. Next, add flour for thickening and nutritional yeast. Let simmer for maybe 5 mins. Add more soy milk if sauce gets too thick.
It's so simple but sooo good.
Add to favorite wheat noodles and maybe even throw in some broccoli. Yummy!
Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is a great and quick recipe, but the serving amount is not correct. Going by this recipe the serving amount would only serve one person. I doubled it and it was enough for two persons. So in order to feed a family it would depend on your family size for you to figure out the amount to prepare. Other than that I loved it and I will use this recipe again...GREAT JOB!

I needed something quick so I tried this.  I cut the butter down just a tad, but it was still way too buttery.  I might try this again, but change it up a bit.
