2 Watermelon Radishes
1 1/2 Red Apples
3 Big Carrots
1/2 Medium Onion
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Small Lemons (juiced)
a few salt pinches
Chop up the apples and carrots.
Thinly slice the radishes, make sure to remove the outer-most peel, but leave some skin.
Combine & mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Marinate for a few hours, or overnight.
Serve chilled!
