1 medium Avocado sliced
3 Dates pitted and chopped
3/4 cup Non Dairy Milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. Caco/Carob Powder
5 big tbsp. Applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon and Nutmeg shakes
Coconut, Nut &/or Dried fruit to garnish (optional)
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth & enjoy!
