2 cup diced zucchini
1 cup diced mushrooms
1/2 cup diced leek
1/2 cup diced carrot
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/3 cup green onion
6 ounces tomtato paste
1/3 cup diced bell pepper
2 vegetable boullion cube (prefer Maggi)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon majoram
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
water to preferred consistancy
Place all in a pot.
Bring to boil.
Simmer for minimum of 30 minutes.
