1/2 cup Refried Beans (Fatt Free those are the vegan kind)
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
1/4 cup vegan sour cream
1. Add Beans and Salsa to micorwave safe bowl and micorwave until warm.
2. Stir in vegan sour cream.
You can add more beans or more salsa or more sour cream or less of any of the three to create your desired consistency or thickness.
Stir in ideas:
Dairy free cheese shreds, diced chilis or jalapenos, hot sauce, black olives.
