2/3 cup vegan butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
4 egg replacements
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease or spray non cooking spray onto a 9"x13" pan.
In a medium sized pot, heat butter until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in vegetable oil and cocoa powder until smooth. Whisk in egg replacements.
Stir in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Sift in baking powder and flour.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Press mixture into pan using hands, as it'll be thick.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool before enjoying, unless you like the flavors of chocolate and burning.
I like to cut mine up into 1" cubes, so they're kinda like brownie poppers. I think they're more fun to eat that way.
