1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 red onion chopped
1 red pepper chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
1 bag frozen corn
1 tablespoon vinegar (your choice)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar (your choice)
Mix all vegetables together. Add vinegar, olive oil and sugar. Mix well and serve cold with tortilla chips. You can add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you want it.
