1 1/4C spelt flour
1C raw sugar
1/3C cocoa powder
1t baking soda
1/2t salt
1/3C olive oil
1T apple cider vinegar
1C boiling water
Preheat oven to 356F.
Combine all ingredients, leaving the water until last.
Stir well (no need for electric mixer, you can use a spoon or similar)
Bake in a cake tin for approx 30-40mins, or until cooked.
