1 8-ounce package Butler Soy Curls
1 tbsp oil or water
2-3 tbsp soy sauce (I use gluten-free tamari)
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
3 ounces of pineapple juice (I use half a 6-ounce can of Dole)
1. Soak Soy Curls for 10 minutes in warm water. Drain.
2. Mix everything else besides oil in bowl for sauce. Add oil to skillet. Add soy curls and sauce to skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve over rice or eat a la carte!
