Boil and drain 12 oz of kidney beans

Add the following and mix:

 15 oz of Tomato Sauce

 6 oz of Tomato Paste

1 Tsp of Garlic Powder

1/2 to 1 Tsp Stevia

1 Tsp Salt

2 dashes of Tobasco/hot sauce or to taste
