120 Grams Tofu (Optional)
220 Grams Pasta (Any Shape)
10 grams Dried Mint
Half and Avocado (Diced)
Medium Onion (Diced)
6 Baby Corn (Diced)
3 Tbls Olive/Peaunt/Hazelnut Oil
Half Green chilli pepper Diced
Salt and Pepper to Flavor
1. Boil some water in a pan and drop the pasta and the avocado in!!
2. When the pasta is ready and softened to your desire, drain the water
3. Take a skillet and put the 3 Tabelspoons of Olive Oil (Or whatever oil you chose) into it and heat it
4. Drop the Tofu into the skillet and keeps moving till golden brown
5.When Tofu is ready,Drop in the Diced Onions The Diced Baby Corn and the half a green chilli pepper u diced up!
6. When you see the mix is ready (45secs - 1 minute) Move the ingredients into the pan with the pasta on a low fire
7. Add the Dried Mint and move the pasta around with the ingredients
8. Add Salt and Pepper to your desire
And WALLA!! Great Meal :))
