2 c. flour
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
2/3 c. margarine
1 ½ c. organic white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
1 mashed banana
1 c. cool water

Bland together sugar and margarine until it’s creamed together. Add the vanilla to the mashed banana mix. Add the banana and vanilla mix to the margarine and sugar. Mix and mix and mix until it’s all mixed together! Dump in the flour and baking soda. Lightly mix all of this together. Finally, mix in the cool water, GENTLY. Oil a pan or cupcake tin.
Mimi cupcakes- 8 to 10 minutes
Cupcakes- 12 to 15 minutes
9x13- 20 to 25 minutes
Circle pan- 18 to 22 minutes
**You can adjust the times to fit your oven. I usually go about 2 minutes under to start off with!
You can add almost anything to this batter!! You can make a chocolate, banana nut, fresh strawberry, cinnamon sugar, or anything else(: ENJOY!!
I made mini ones for a good morning breakfast, and it made about 4 dozen bites(:
