1-1/2 cups frozen fruit (I like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fresh spinach
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 kiwi
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Contains about 15g of protein (depending on your protein powder) so it's a great post-workout breakfast.
