Red Cabbage Soup

Ingredients: 

1/2 small head red cabbage
1 red onion
2 to 4 cloves garlic
1 cup red lentils
3 cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
Pepper, to taste

Directions: 

1) Chop red cabbage into 1” chunks. Course chop onion and mince garlic.

2) Add prepared vegetables along with the red lentils into the pot of a 2 quart slow cooker. Add water and soy sauce and cook on high for approximately 2 hours, or until lentils are desired texture. Season with pepper to taste and enjoy.
