1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
1/4 cup frozen strawberries, halved
1/2 ripe banana
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1/4 cup dry oatmeal (optional)
1) Add all ingredients to and blend until well mixed.
Note: This also tastes really good with dark chocolate almond milk instead of the vanilla!
