2 cups frozen watermelon
1 cup water or coconut water
2 tablespoons date syrup or agave nectar
Optional Extras:
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup berries
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add one or more of the optional extra ingredients if desired. You may need more or less water to adjust to preferred consistency.
