1 cup ground flax seed
3 cups water
1. Mix ingredients in a small-medium saucepan.
2. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until a thick, slimy consistency has been reached.
Let cool before using in a recipe. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
