Fresh Ginger Green Juice

Ingredients: 

5-6 leaves kale or collards, stems included
4 ribs celery
1 whole lemon, unpeeled
1 beet (red or golden), unpeeled
1/2-1" piece fresh ginger, unpeeled
1 whole medium apple, unpeeled (sweet, such as fuji)

Directions: 

1. Wash all of the ingredients and run through a centrifugal juicer in the order listed according to juicer instructions.
2. Avoid pouring foam into serving glass. This same juice is excellent blended in a vitamix as well.
Options include: replace celery with a medium cucumber or several romaine leaves (or something else that gives off a lot of light green juice), add another apple or a carrot for extra sweetness, omitting the beet will not change the flavor
