1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
2 slices wheat bread
4 thick slices tomato
1/4 teaspoon dill
sprinkle garlic salt
sprinkle pepper
nonstick spray, as needed (I like olive oil flavor)
1. Spread mayo on 1 side of each bread slice.
2. Layer tomato on bread, sprinkle with dill, garlic salt, and pepper. Heat skillet or grill pan to medium heat.
3. Close sandwich and spray both sides with nonstick spray and grill in pan until golden brown on each side.
