1/2 ripe avocado
2 slices sprouted grain bread, toasted
1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons hummus (I like to use a lot of lemon in mine)
Smoosh the avocado on one slice bread and spread the hummus on the other slice, then put the tomato on either slice and push the them together. If the toast is a little warm while it is all together it is the best sandwich ever!
Source of recipe: Just a plain old avocado sandwich. It's not anything special but it got my omni husband eating something vegan!
