2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 head broccoli, chopped and separated into florets
1/8 cup apricot jam
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1. Pour sesame oil into a medium skillet and warm on medium low. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes, being careful not to let it brown or burn.
2. Add the broccoli and cook on medium, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes, or until almost cooked through.
3. Add the jam, and continue cooking for another few minutes, until done. Remove from heat and let the jam thicken a little. Sprinkle on sesame seeds, toss and serve.
