2 limes
1 lemon
handful cilantro
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 red bell pepper, chopped 1"
1 onion, chopped 1"
1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, halved lengthwise
1. In a bowl, squeeze lime and lemon juice, add cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Add veggies to juice and marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours.
3. Preheat grill, and skewer veggies. Grill them for about 10 minutes.
4. Pour left over marinade over veggies before serving, if desired.
