Tropical Frozen Nana Smoothie

Ingredients: 

8 ounces orange + mango juice
1 small frozen banana
2 pineapple ring slices
4-6 ice cubes

Directions: 

1. If using a regular blender, add all ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency.
2. If using a stick blender (as I do), add 1/2 the frozen banana (I freeze my bananas in quarters, about 1-1 1/2" pieces) to the juice in a blender jug and blitz with the blender.
3. Add the pineapple and remaining frozen banana and blitz, and then add ice cubes and blitz again to achieve desired consistency.
Transfer to glass, add a straw and enjoy.
