Lo- Fat Frozen No-gurt

Ingredients: 

1 whole frozen banana
1/2 cup light coconut milk (can also use soy or almond milk)
5 ounces silken or firm tofu
1/2 fresh orange
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until well blended.
2. Adjust the amount of milk to desired consistency; less milk will be more like frozen yogurt, more milk will be like a milkshake.
Only 100 calories per serving! Yay!
