1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 large flour tortilla
1/4 ounce unsweetened chocolate (I use 1/4 square Baker's)
1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1. On pancake griddle, heat the coconut oil. Place the tortilla in the oil and rub it around.
2. Grate the chocolate on top of the tortilla. Sprinkle on the powdered sugar. Spread the yumminess around with a fork if needed.
3. Fold the tortilla to about 2'' wide and let cook for another minute. Plate it and drizzle on the maple syrup.
Don't need a lot of syrup as it's really sweet already. Eat near a place to pass out. If you can eat just one, I bow to you as will power God(dess)!
Baker's chocolate comes in squares, so you break 1 square into the bar using the score in the middle, then use 1/2 this bar. This is strong chocolate flavor, so it's plenty even on a large tortilla.
Source of recipe: I was jonzin for chocolate chip pancakes, but did not have the ingredients, so I made these instead.
