1 avocado
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning (I use Spike)
1/8 cup ginger, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1 tablespoon miso
2 tablespoons agave
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 cucumber
1/4 green pepper, optional
Blend it all together.
I didn't know how it would turn out initially, but after the first bite I was in disbelief of how amazing it tastes! Enjoy, all you raw (and non-raw) foodies!
