1 (16 ounce) bag frozen baby brussel sprouts
1-2 teaspoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons-1/4 cup nutritional yeast, optional
1. Preheat broiler. Coat glass pan with olive oil. Add frozen brussel sprouts to pan and stir to coat.
2. Broil, stirring every 5 minutes, until cooked to your liking (I like them a little charred but still vibrantly green).
3. Remove from oven and add salt, pepper, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Add nutritional yeast, if desired.
