1 large lemon or 2-3 medium lemons
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
1/2 cup raw sugar (I use evaporated cane juice)
1. Squeeze the juice of the lemon in a separate bowl and mix together with molasses and vanilla. Reserve used lemons.
2. Mix very well to break apart the vanilla seeds. Add sugar to desired pitcher with the meat of the lemon, and then pour in the juice mix.
3. Fill pitcher with cold water and stir. Enjoy!
