3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 (12 ounce) beer
cinnamon, to taste, optional
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a bread pan.
2. Stir ingredients with fork.
3. Add dough to pan, and bake for 50 minutes.
I like to slice and spread on Earth Balance, then devour the whole loaf.
