1/2 large avocado
1 large tomato
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
juice from 1/2 lime
sea salt, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
1. In a blender or with an immersion blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour over salad.
You'll think you're eating chips with guacamole.
