1 (3 ounce) box vegan sugar free, fat free pudding mix
1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk or water (I use almond milk)
1- 2 cups frozen berries, optional
1. Mix the packet pudding with milk or water, thoroughly.
2. Add in berries, if desired.
3. Let chill according to package directions.
