2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
seitan, cubed, as needed
1. Combine all the ingredients but seitan. Blend in a blender until smooth.
2. Mix the seitan (see my recipe here: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=36498.0 [1]) with the BBQ sauce.
