corn tostada shells or chips, broken, to taste
1 (15 ounce) can beans (I used kidney because I had them), undrained
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup salsa, more as needed
oil to coat pan and drizzle on top
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease the bottom of a baking pan (9x13, or adjust pan and ingredients for your serving needs).
2. Put broken shells or corn chips on the bottom. Pour beans on top. Evenly distribute the nutritional yeast over the top. Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Pour as much or as little salsa over the top as you want.
3. Drizzle a little more oil over it (evenly). Bake for about 10-15 minutes depending on quantity.
Mmm! It amazed me how good it was, or maybe I am too hungry!!!
