2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (I use Veganaise)
2 to 3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
pinch salt
1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together.
I cheated and used a magic bullet. I poured it over two baked potatoes and then microwaved for 30 seconds.
Source of recipe: I'm pregnant and wanted some cheesy potatoes without having to cook up some cheese sauce, this is what I came up with in a pinch and it has satisfied my craving. It is more like a "cheese" dressing, but it totally worked.
