1 1/8 cups water
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon dry non dairy milk powder (I use soy milk powder)
1 1/2 tablespoons shortening or buttery spread (I use Smart Balance)
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Combine ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Select whole wheat cycle on your bread machine and press start.
