1/3 cup peeled almonds
Water, for soaking
1/4 cup water or until desired consistency
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. To a bowl, add almonds and add water to cover. Let sit for 8 to 12 hours or overnight. Once soaked, rinse well.
2. Measure 1/2 cup of soaked almonds and add to blender with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
