1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced in rounds
1. Heat oil on medium in your largest diameter pan. Add zucchini.
2. Once the slices are all in there, add salt.
3. Fry, stirring occasionally, until you start seeing caramelized bits in there.
