2 cups uncooked rice
8 ounces mung bean spouts
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 yellow onion
Bragg's liquid aminos
Sesame oil
Crushed red pepper
Chinese 5 spice
Vegetable oil
Garlic or garlic powder
1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Meanwhile, dice onion and garlic.
2. Heat vegetable in wok and saute mushrooms, onions, mung bean spouts, and garlic. Add cooked rice, stiring to combine. Add crushed red pepper, Chinese 5 spice, sesame oil, and bragg's liquid aminos to taste.
