Plaisir Mango Shake

Ingredients: 

4 ice cubes
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 mango
1/2 banana
5 teaspoons uncooked oatmeal

Directions: 

1) Add ice cubes to blender. Then add the banana, mango, rice milk, and oatmeal into blender and blend.
Benefits: For those like me who have little to no appetite in the morning would love this shake. It is a nondairy breakfast. It is quick and healthy. You will get your fiber, calcium, antioxidant, and iron in one serving. Cheers to an energized you!
