1 banana
1 tablespoon nondairy milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon vegan chocolate syrup
Agave nectar(optional)
1) Place the banana and nondairy milk in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Microwave the peanut butter and chocolate syrup in a small bowl until completely melted, about 45 seconds. Add the peanut butter/chocolate syrup to the banana mush, blend until its all mixed up. Refrigerate or eat right away! Drizzle with agave and enjoy the chocolaty goodness ;)
SUPER EASY, great for a quick late-night lazy snack, for a college kid, someone low on ingredients or who doesn't feel like baking.
