2 cups cauliflower, minced
1/2 avocado
1 cup raw nondairy milk (I use homemade almond)
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 small onion
5 to 6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
Himalayan salt, to taste
Curry powder, to taste
Dill weed, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Paprika, to taste
1) Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a little paprika.
Source of recipe: I have been trying to go more raw recently. I saw a recipe for a cauliflower soup and decided to make my own version. I didn't measure the spices so put in as much or as little as you would like.
