1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons orange champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium orange, segmented and chopped
1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
1. Place kale in bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle sea salt over kale.
2. Massage the mixture with your hands, until kale begins to wilt.
3. Add vinegar, lemon juice, orange segments, and almonds. Toss with tongs to mix. Chill before serving.
