4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon key lime juice
pinch salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 large zucchinis, sliced 1/4" thick
1. Preheat broiler. Mix oil, lime juice, salt, and syrup in a bowl, and set aside.
2. Brush one side of zucchini slices with oil mixture.
3. Place in a broiler safe pan and broil for 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned. Flip and broil other side. Enjoy.
