Power Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 to 2 frozen bananas
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 ripe mango, peeled, cored and chopped OR 1 medium orange, peeled
1 cup kale, stems removed
Water and/or ice cubes, as needed

Directions: 

1) In a blender, blend the fruit together, adding water/ice cubes as necessary. Add kale and blend thoroughly. Enjoy!
