Salad:
1 head butter lettuce, finely sliced
2 cups baby spinach
1 avocado. cut in slices
1/2 cup parsley, minced
4 blades chives, minced Dressing:
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed tangerine juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
1. Salad: Mix all salad ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Dressing: Wisk all dressing ingredients together in a bowl untill smooth and add just before serving salad.
