4 ounces tofu shirataki noodles
1/2 cup vegetable broth
4 ounces baby corn, chopped into bite sized pieces
Any Seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder etc)
1/4 cup water (optional)
1) Microwave the noodles for about 2 minutes after draining. Then add your broth and optional water and microwave again for 2 minutes. Add your chopped baby corn and spices and microwave for another 2 minutes and enjoy!
